About- Achilles tendinitis also called Achilles tenosynovitis, Achilles tendinopathy, calcaneal tendinitis, or tendinitis of the heel is an overuse injury of the Achilles Tendon, which connects the calf muscle to the heel bone and it is more common in men than women.
